Yorkshire Landlords Day 2010 - Review

Yorkshire Landlords Day 2010 took place on Thursday 20th May at Pudsey Civic Hall and was organised in partnership between Unipol and the Residential Landlords Association. Around 350 landlords from around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire areas attended the event. It is thought that most of these landlords were particularly active during the day and engaged with exhibitors throughout the day.

The event comprised 10 different seminars, available to download below, looking at Energy, Tax, Digital TV, Legal Issues, Successful Lettings, Condensation and Mould, Fire Safety and the Market in Leeds. All sessions were well attended and feedback from the seminars was very positive. The main exhibition area was busy throughout the day and many exhibitors commented that there was a buzz around the event with the day contained within the main 'arena' adding to the atmosphere.
